1 CHEST: Take the tape measure and wrap it around the widest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure straight and level at back and parallel to ground.

2 SLEEVE LENGTH: Measure from the back of your neck to your wrist. Keep the tape on the top side of your arm, going over the elbow. For suit sleeve length measure at the sleeve head to the cuff and over the elbow.

3 INSEAM: Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

4 COLLAR: Measure around the fullest part of your neck where a shirt collar would sit. Ensure the tape measure is level all the way round and take the measurement with your index finger underneath the tape. This will ensure your collar is a comfortable fit, and not too tight.

5 WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of your waist. Measure approx. 6cm under your belly button

"I really like this coat. The quality is really nice and comfortable. It’s stylish. I would wear it with a dress shirt as seen in the pictures. I believe a tie would complete it. Only thing is I wish it were a bit warmer/heavier. That is the only thing that would keep me from wearing it in the winter. Also if the coat is priced at 300 dollars that is something I would expect. Color is really nice and resembles fall colors. If that was the mission it may not need to be warmer/heavier. Packaging was perfect and felt like it just left the cleaners."

Nylon pea coat

"[This is a sponsored review] I really enjoy this pea coat. Looks very classy and is a comfortable fit. The material is water resistant and has a great look (perfect for rain or snow). This Pea coat surprised me as it is not super heavy but is very warm. I am 5’11” and 190lbs. I got a medium and the fit is great for an all weather coat. I dress business casual daily for my job and wore this with a white button up and tie. The quality is fantastic and seems like it will last forever. I always have great luck with Perry Ellis products."

"I love it! Although the fit for me was too big but I must say it is comfortable to wear. It provided me the warmth I needed in the cold Washington DC weather. I love that there is a leather feel with the material on the inside it gives additional heat when worn. The quality of the materials is 5-star. "Even though [This is a sponsored review] I've got to be honest. I really loved how the coat looked on me, the fit ran a bit bigger than I thought, but the overall quality of the coat is great. I had always wanted to buy a weather coat just never knew if I could really fit it into my style. But was I wrong. I paired the coat with some casual clothes jeans, shoes, and a polo shirt from Perry Ellis. I liked the outfit. It was something simple and the coat didn't overdue it like I thought it would. You can pretty much wear the coat with almost anything that matches the color. My next outfit is gonna be some slacks, a long sleeve button up and some dress shoes, and im sure I won't be let down."

Not a fit for me!

"I so much wanted to like this product! The weight of the coat, along with the type of material (nylon) seems to be exactly what one would want in order to bridge the gap between mild weather and cooler weather. In addition, the olive color is extremely attractive. The look of the coat, classic look, definitely is a style issue and it may or may not be the look that one feels comfortable with. My issues with the coat all relate to the fit. I am 6ft 180lbs. The large size was way too big so I replaced it with a medium size. While the medium did fit me better in some ways (shoulders, arm length and general fit), the collar by my neck was so large that I kept attempting to pull it down to keep it in place - it simply kept riding up on my neck. Unfortunately- this was a critical flaw in design for my build (perhaps it will be different for another build) and it is not the coat for me. My closet is full of Perry Ellis- my designer of choice for the more formal clothing that I wear. Unfortunately, this article of clothing was not right for me."
