At PerryEllis.com, we want you to be satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase by following the guidelines below:
Within 30 days of purchase
PerryEllis.com will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise. We will issue a refund for all unused and undamaged products returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.
All products must be returned in its original packaging (when possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Price Adjustment
PerryEllis.com will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
Retail Store Returns
Merchandise purchased in a retail store must be returned to the original place of purchase to ensure that a proper credit may be received. We can only accept returns from items purchased at our online store. Online orders cannot be returned to our retail store locations.

Easy Returns by Mail
Pre-paid Shipping Label - $6.00 for 1 items / $7.50 for multiple items
To initiate the return process online, please follow the simple steps below:
- Visit http://returns.perryellis.com/.
- Fill in your email address, order number and last name, and follow the instructions for selecting the items to be returned. You will then be prompted to print your customized return label and will receive and e-mail confirmation shortly after.
- Affix the customized return label to the outside of your package, and then simply take it to your nearest FedEx drop off location.
When you return an item to Perry Ellis using a FedEx prepaid label, a flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your order refund for return postage. A flat fee of $7.50 will be deducted for multiple returned items.
FedEx shipments take approximately 7 - 9 business days to reach our distribution center.

If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- Your full name and billing address
- Reason for return
- Order number, if available.
We are not responsible for any lost packages that are not received at our warehouse.
Returns Processing
Order Refund
Refunds for items returned within 30 days will be issued in the same form as the original payment. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account.
Refunds are given for the price on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. You can expect to receive credit for returned merchandise within one complete billing cycle of your credit card statement upon completion of returns processing.
